About Me

I’m Chris van Elsen, a UX/UI designer with a passion for SaaS, mobile applications, and e-commerce. I create digital experiences that truly help people, from the very first wireframe to the final front-end implementation. My knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript allows me to design solutions that are not just visually appealing but also technically feasible.

For almost a decade, I’ve worked on a diverse range of digital products, most recently at Cevinio. There, I was responsible for the full spectrum of branding and web design to the SaaS platform itself, including templates and marketing assets. This versatile role sharpened my abilities in visual design, design systems, and practical problem solving.

Thanks to my front-end expertise (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), I developed design system components that were ready to use for developers, speeding up production and ensuring consistent, scalable interfaces across the product.

My work is driven by problem-solving, empathy, and visual structure. I believe design doesn’t have to be pretty to be effective, what matters most is helping users achieve their goals with ease.
